1.         Strains of Streptococcus equi over a number of years have been identified and  

            purified.

2.         A suitable candidate for the project has been identified.

3.         Consumables have been purchased.

4.         Antibiograms have been carried out on all isolates.

5.         Sequence of Strep equi has been confirmed

6.         Reference strains have been purchased.
